Beyond Stay is a booking and guest-services platform operated by CLARITY GROUP ΟΕ.
Essential cookies
Essential cookies and local storage are necessary for core platform functions such as language preference, checkout continuity, inquiry submission, security and consent choices. These cannot be disabled through the optional-cookie controls. A random booking-consent receipt may be retained for up to 30 days only to notify the backend when consent for pending booking measurement is withdrawn; it contains no email or advertising/analytics identifier.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the platform so we can improve the experience. These are only loaded after you give consent.
Marketing cookies
Google Ads cookies and similar technologies measure advertising results only with marketing consent. For a completed paid booking, the booking email may be normalised and hashed with SHA-256 before being sent to Google Ads for Enhanced Conversions. The hash remains personal data and is not sent to Google Analytics. Pending measurement records in this browser expire after 72 hours; transaction-only duplicate-prevention records expire after 365 days. Consent can be withdrawn at any time from Cookie settings.
Meta marketing cookies
With separate Meta marketing consent, the Beyond Stay website Pixel sends PageView, ViewContent, Search, InitiateCheckout and server-verified confirmed paid-booking Purchase events to Meta for Facebook/Instagram advertising measurement. Meta receives IP address and browser/cookie identifiers, public property identifiers, event time and, for checkout/purchase, currency and gross stay value. Gross stay value is not Beyond Stay commission or profit. We do not send email, telephone, names, card details, identity documents or health data to Meta and automatic advanced matching and automatic event collection are disabled. Administration, Guest Guide, My Trip/capability routes and URLs containing private tokens or contact details are excluded. The Pixel loads only after a new, separate Meta opt-in; an older Google Ads consent is not Meta consent. New consented checkout eligibility records expire after 72 hours, and opaque transaction duplicate-prevention records after 365 days. Historical bookings are not replayed. Purchase requires original checkout consent and current consent; withdrawal removes pending eligibility and revokes future browser events. Browser delivery can be prevented by ad blockers or closing the page; Meta server-side Conversions API is not enabled. Meta may process data outside the EEA subject to the safeguards described in this Notice. You can change or withdraw Meta consent separately in Cookie settings without affecting a booking.
Managing consent
You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage individual categories. Optional categories are off until you actively consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time from the Cookie settings link in the website footer; withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before the change.
